Joining the Gym

Thankyou for choosing our gym, we can’t wait for you to get started!

Please read the declaration and complete the medical form below

  1. KLRUFC accepts no responsibility for accident, damage, injury, death, illness or misadventure caused to or suffered by members in the Gym howsoever caused.
  2. Items of a personal nature left in the gym will be removed, and KLRUFC will not accept responsibility for items left in the gym.
  3. Sports drinks and bottled water are permitted but no food is to be consumed in the Gym.
  4. Members are asked to wear headphones when playing music or watching content on their personal devices (iPod, phone, tablet etc.). Noise audible from outside the Gym is unacceptable.
  5. Wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear for all sessions. Footwear must be clean.
  6. Behave in a responsible manner, using the equipment in the proper manner, Not move the equipment and to leave it in a clean and tidy state
  7. Wipe down the equipment after use and remove all rubbish and personal items
  8. It is forbidden to allow access to the gym to any other person, whether member or non- member. Every member must use their own membership card to access the Gym. Guests of members are not permitted.
  9. Any damage or faults with the equipment must be reported by email to
  10. Do not move equipment around the gym, and make sure to return all weights to the appropriate racks.
  11. Failure to abide by the rules above may result in the cancellation of membership (without refund for fee paying members).


You will not be required to book a time slot to attend the gym. However, we do recommend that you do, as we cannot guarantee entry to members who haven’t booked if the gym is full. We will monitor the number of people using the gym and have set a capacity of 10 people in the main gym and 2 people in the cardio room to allow safe training, Equipment will be spaced apart 2m to allow social distancing.
All sessions are limited to 1 hour and 30 mins.
Government guidance does not require us to implement a compulsory face-covering rule, changing rooms will be in use but showers will remain out of use initially.
Extensive and additional cleaning measures will be implemented when the gym reopens on the 12th of April, Members will be required to sanitise their hands upon entry.
